Blanche E. Brickel Washington is a respected minister, educator, life coach, and community leader whose influence spans more than 55 years of teaching, training, counseling, and leadership development. As Co-Pastor of The Refreshing Ministries, she is committed to equipping individuals with biblical wisdom and practical tools for personal and spiritual growth.

A visionary leader, Blanche founded Omega End-Time Ministries, Inc., KEE Bible Institute, Omega End-Time Publishing, and Key Encounter Enterprises, organizations dedicated to teaching, leadership development, and community empowerment. Through her ministry, educational initiatives, and mentoring, she has impacted countless lives by helping individuals discover purpose, strengthen their faith, and become effective leaders in their communities.

Blanche E. Brickel Washington, born in Oakland, California and raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma is the Co-Pastor of The Refreshing Ministries under the leadership of Michael E. Johnson, Sr. – Executive Pastor where she serves as an administrator, teacher, trainer, equipper and Life Coach, (1999 to present). 

Personal Passion/Purpose: To walk with those to whom I am assigned with my Heavenly Father’s Spirit of wisdom and knowledge until Christ is formed in them; establishing the Kingdom of God in the earth as it is in heaven. This is accomplished through my personal walk, biblical training, and Kingdom revelation of the reality of an invisible God, His Kingdom and His kids.

With over 55 years in public and biblical teaching, training, pastoral counseling, conference planning, life coaching, and motivational speaking, Blanche brings unmatched experience to her ministry. She is an ordained Minister of the Gospel and has served in senior-level management, social services, human resources, and training and development for more than five decades.

Blanche is the Founder and Executive Director of Omega End-Time Ministries, Inc. (commissioned in 1976, incorporated in 1991), a teaching, training, and equipping ministry. She also founded KEE Bible Institute, Omega End-Time Publishing, and Key Encounter Enterprises, an agency dedicated to creating fresh, innovative, and developmental programs for communities.

Blanche is an accomplished writer, and published author, She holds a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, blending biblical truth with practical insight to support healing, growth, and Kingdom purpose.
